C6 3rd Gear just slips
Throttle Cable snapped off at the pedal the other day,
Replaced cable, then test drove the rig to find out it will not
shift into third.
Made sure the vacuum hose was attached, checked and
changed the tranny fluid and filter, however, it will not shift
into third.
Haynes, does not elaborate futher for diagnostics.
Need some advice.
86 F250 6.9IDI.
