Excursion Factory Wireless DVD
I have a 03 Excursion with a factory DVD player. The headphones I have for it are the wireless ones from a 03 Expedition. I have been trying to get the headphones to work but have been unable. The dealer tells me that they should work.
Does anyone have any ideas I can try?

the headsets may have different frequencys. Some you can switch between 2 different frequencys, and it might just be on the wrong frequency. Try looking under the batteries, or anywhere else on them to switch the frequency.
