1st... 1956 IH S120 3/4 ton four wheel drive when I was 14, paid $400, lasted until I launched it and crunched the fron axle.

2nd... 1960 Ford F100, four wheel drive 223, 3 on the tree, lasted until it spun a con. bearing.

Wish I still had both.

67 AMC Ambassador 990 4dr with the 343 4b, thing would move. Bought it in 83 for 350, only had 50k on it, it got me through the last 2 years of high school and survived college also, gave it to my dad when I got tired of it and he kept it till 91 and sold it for 300 with just over 100k on it

Smile dan1101 & I had something in common!

Wow! I pre-dated you a bit as my first car was a 1963 MGB- black with red leather interior, chrome wire wheels, electric overdrive on 3rd & 4th gear, and a Blaupunkt radio and a tonneau cover. It only had 7500 miles in it & the engine had been blueprinted (That should have been a clue to it's past....) that my Dad found at Import Motors in Lubbock, Texas in 1965. We took it for a drive & I LOVED that car! It was beautiful, and it WAS FAST!!! Unfortunately, I found out the transmission was a weak link, when I blew it up(racing).....and we were told it would take six to nine months to get parts....and it was gone!! I was back on foot, I saw it back on the street 15 day's later, then found out the first owner had been a pilot at Reese AirForce base in Lubbock and had bought it to race and had traded it in on a Jaguar because of the weak transmission.
You live and learn, and BOY, do I ever wish I had taken a picture with that MGB!

I have the worst car so far. My first car was a 1984 Audi 5000s that was a canary yellow with brown iterior. I payed 1000 bucks for it. The car was interesting let me tell you it had a slant 5 cyl motor which I think is just weird. It was a 5 speed too. The car had no power steering it had a power rack a pinion which took a oil that was like 20 bucks a quart and you can only get at the audi or porsche dealer. The window was held up by a curtain rod in the door and the sunroof was stuck halfway open. When the car broke you are really broke because you need to take out a mortage to fix it. Those damn germans build some crappy cars.

First vehicle: '82 Jeep/AMC Wagoneer, barely running
Total miles put on the jeep: ~0.5 blocks
Then it died

Second vehicle: '90 Bronco xlt with the 351... the one I still own. Runs like a dream still
