go to www.advanceautoparts.com
look at a standart shock for your truck and write down the part number. Then look up a 1993 - 1997 and look up the same shock . I bet the part number is the same. I called there 800 number and was told that the shock from the ealier ranger would fit my 1999. I just haven't ordered them yet. Hope this helps
