First strange noise:
When I shift from Park to either reverse or drive there is a clicking noise from underneath the truck. Is this some sort of relay??? I don't remember it doing it before but it may have.
Second odd noise:
Its like a high pitch whine from underneath the hood. I do have a K&N FIPK. When ever I press on the accelerator I hear a high pitch whining noise. It doesn't doit under load (i.e. while in park and the hood up). Anyone have any ideas?
Third noise:
I think its the sway bar bushings but maybe some has some better ideas. Its sort of a low droning sound when ever the front suspension is compressed.
Any ideas would be very helpful!!! thanks!!!!!!!!!!!
Not sure about the first noise, but try replacing the automatic belt tensioner and new belt, also check all the pulleys, make sure there is no glazing on them.
third noise doesn't sound like sway bar noise, a sway bar will clunk.
If the sway bar bushings are worn they will clunk, mostly feel it in the floor, it's possible that they may need lubrication. I work for a chrysler dealer and the sway bar bushings on the caravans are famous for clunking.

May be the power steering pump. I have seen a couple of threads on this problem. Even replacing the pump does not seem to always make it go away if there is air in the system. My daughter's does this and I can hear here coming home from around the corner.
As mentioned in the ealier reply, it could be the belt but I have not had any experiences with belt tensioners getting tighter with age. Usually just the opposite and the belt starts to squeal from being too loose.
Sorry can't be of much help with the other noises.
