Help w/tranny whine??

Hi Everyone,
I was unpleasantly surprised with a high pitched whine just before I got home tonight. When I have the truck (2000 F350 4x4/ V10, 3.73) in gear I get a high pitched whine. It doesn`t do it in neutral/park. The truck has 5000 miles on it. Any ideas?

I have some of this too, after changing fluid, filter and adding a trans "shudder" additive. Everything works fine, but I get this whine. More noticeable on takeoff, but not so much at speed.
