Don't know for sure in a F-100 if 352 was an option,but 351 was not.Not positive but 351m didn't come out til 74-75 and 351w in like 76.I can give you specs. but need to know for what.
The 352 Cast into the block indicates it is an FE Series Engine. It's not a 352 CI because that was only offered until '67. It's likely a 390. Not sure if it is a 360, but I'm not sure it matters anyway. It's likely that the settings are the same.

I know it's not the original engine. I may very well be a 390. Do you know the specs for the 390?
