Question Threadlock on screws for mounting bug deflector

I installed a bug deflector on my '02 F250 on the weekend. I overtightened one of the screws (always read the instructions!) and now I need to either get a new screw or replace whatever material was used on the threads to make it lock tight. The deflector is a genuine Ford product. Anyone know what that material on the threads is? Thanks.
