Seeing as how alot of jeeps come with 215-70's from the factory they can barely go over a speed bump

I'll go along also saying a bronco or blazer is better, only thing i have against them (or any fullsize) is that tehy're just too wide. Doesn't keep me from wheeling my fullsize, just have to be alot more accepting of body damage.

i have always been a ford guy, but i want a jeep, lol, just something to mess around in, i can't do it in my ranger, 2 wheel drive isn't good for mudding, i have had to get my neighbor to bring his tractor and pull me out, lol, of a little puddle lol

mine still has 215-70s.
31s fit but they rub,
31s look small on a bronco or blazer, and 33s fit with no rubbing. my jeep needs 3-4" lift to fit 33s.

i've seen alot of jeeps with uncut fullsize axles under them making the just as wide as a FS. they do have a shorter wheel base, i'll give them that.

With fresh front springs and very little backspacing an 80-86 f150/bronco will take 35's with absolutely minimal trimming, but 4" of lift and 35's on an f-series makes it look like it came from the factory that way. I love big toys

If I had absolutely NO regard for body damage a fullsize wouldn't be too wide. A jeep on fullsize axles still only has 2/3 the body width of a fullsize making damage alot more remote. Wheelbase wise I've never had issues at 133", only issue i've had is trying to turn around and overall length.
