need parts help

hello i am working on 1986 ford ranger it has a 2.3 turbo diesel and i belive it is made by mitsubishi well it has a cracked head and dose alot of this

and i do alot of this

any help i would be grateful for

This is a toughy, not many were made. Does Ford still stock the part? They carry many for up to 20 years...
