72-73 Spring width differences
Okay,there's a set of 73-79 6" Superlift springs on ebay...my uncle has a 72..we were wondering if the springs are different in width,or if the eyes were further apart or what...please reply asap...ps..f150 springs aren't as wide as 250 springs,correct?..thanks..

Not all 73-79's had 3" springs mine and my friend's F250 Have the 2.5" ones and my GVW is 8,000lbs so go figure that one out? I'm in the middle of a spring swap that will give me 13 springs on each side 12+1overloader. My whole family says I'm taken this truck thing to far but hey when is the last time you heard someone say MAN oh MAN I now have too much truck for this trailer and the oposite is just down right scary
