If I program my 6.0 liter and then reprogram it back to the OEM. I bring it to the dealer for service will they be able to tell it had a programmer on it.

Program it back to stock, then clear any codes with the code reader function and everything should look normal.

what if he reinstalled the stock tune then un hooked the battery and let the computer rest that way, would that work as well??

Yes. Only thing is disconnecting the battery will leave a code that says the vehicle needs to be driven longer before full disagnostics are ready... perfectly normal.

I just restored my original backup and cleared the codes because I will be taking my vehicle in for service tomorrow. I have the P1000 Diagnostics Not Complete code showing right now. I found what it takes to complete a drive cycle to get the P1000 to clear. I posted it in a thread here for anyone else who is interested.
