What the .......?
Yesterday afternoon I had the strangest thing happen on my 96 xlt 4x4. I got home from work, parked the explorer......4 hours later, started it up to go somewhere and all my radio stations had been reset.....like my battery had been disconnected. Any idea what might cause this?

My '94 does the same thing about once a year. It even resets the bass and treble settings. Seems to be some sort of electrical spike that resets the system. Never had it looked at for the cause though. I do hear a "pop" sound when it happens.
