Windshield wiper post seals?

Looks like I've got a leak around my winshield wiper post (the part that the arm fits one). Is there a specific washer or gasket that I need here or should i just use some type of generic sealer in a tube? Just want to make sure I have all the right stuff befor i take the thing apart. Thanks.

There is a gasket under the pivot arm. I usually save it and then use silicone on both sides when I reassemble it. You will need to be careful when you remove the wiper arms and use a spannert wrench on the bezel nuts. Inside on the pivot and transmission arms are tiny clips. Remove these clips with your fingers! Don't lose them. Your old Ford looks fairly rust free! The damaged front end parts are available. If you are not going to convert to Ford, I'd be interested in the truck. Shoot me an e-mail.
