I've seen discussions but can't seem to search them out pertaining to the "pulsing" voltage in older fords. Is there a cure or a particular reason they do this? THANKS!
Are you talking all of the time or just at idle? I had the problem at idle. It was a few wires on my alternator. I had to clean everything up and crimp a few new wires and it has been pulse free since that day.

my 76 f-150 did that for the longest time....all the electronics would pulse..lights..stereo..voltage guage...had my voltage regulater tested and they said it was good...changed it anyways and whalaa!! no more pulsing..i think the regulator was fixing to go bad or was just partly faulty...they dont cost much...so if its not the problem u have a back up just in case...
