Power estimate wanted
Could someone please run my engine through desktop dyno. I would greatly appreciate it. thanks.
here are the specs
71 429
stock stroke
.030 oversize bore
10.5:1 flat top pistons
The heads are DOVE A stock rebuild
L&L fenderwell exit headers with 2 1/2" glasspacks
The block and heads have been cleaned up .010
The intake is a edelbrock performer
The carb is a edelbrock performer series 750 cfm with electric choke
The distributer is a stock motorcraft with a crane cams XRI electronic conversion kit
Its been balanced
Rv cam: intake @ cam .305 @ valv .534
lift: exhaust @cam .305 @ valv .534

Spend some time porting the heads and add HP
The D0VE heads are a nice but need some work to get power out of them. The main problem is the exhaust passage. Some die grinder work will really improve things. Try this site:

You may need to subscribe - but its worth it. this guy knows his stuff. You can get up to 600HP out of a set of D0VEs if you follow his directions.
