I am getting ready to replace my cab corners. I bought some aftermarket ones that seem to fit good, but what do you do about the inner portion of the cab corner? I can use one from the other side and reverse it, but that means buying two more cab corners.
Any other ideas?

Hey Matt Where Are You Located,im From Spencer In.i Replaced My Cab Corners ,but Was Lucky That The Inner Side Had No Rust.i Dont Think Anybody Makes Those Repo.
I just went through that process. What usually happens is that the drain holes in the cab corners plug up and they fill with water and rust from the inside out. The inside panel is pretty flat and I just replalced it with some flat stock I had on hand. Although we all want our truck to be perfect, the inside of the cab corners will never be seen and don't have to be perfect. Good luck.
I am in Bruceville (by Vincennes), I think you are about an hour North of me on the 67.
The inside of mine aren't flat. They have the same exact curves and bends as the outside. This is on my crew, not my F-100.
I was just looking at it and figured if i cut it high enough, then I could just use flat stock.

I just replaced the cab corners on my 82 F100. I know its a different year truck but maybe I could help a bit also. I had to use 18 gauge sheet metal to rebuild a portion behind the cab corners. Most likely your not going to be able to find a company that makes patch panels for the inside of the cab corners. Take a look in my gallery under Restoration pictures. I have some good pictures in there. Maybe it can help you out with your cab corners before you start. Fred
