Saw an '05 'stang today.

Hey all,

As I was walking to my truck from a long day in school, I saw this wonderful sight. A new silver '05 Mustang, and it was awesome.

Alvie.

When I was driving along the freeway a couple days ago, I came alongside a big-rig carrying new cars to a dealer, I guess. It was loaded w/ a brand new '05 Mustang, and also an '05 F350 dually PSD crewcab.

I too like the new Mustangs, but I think the designers dropped the ball by adding that little side rear window. It steals away from the retro look.

I agree, this is the best looking Mustang that they have made in a long time in my opinion. Go Ford.

The designs coming out of Ford lately are awesome, pretty much across the board. The Mustang hasn't looked that good for a very long time.

I like how they separated the v-6 from the V-8 series with not just a fender emblem as well; The fog lights really stand out.

What I was thinking of was something like the '67 that Troy Trepanier built. Look at this link, there's a photo of where they filled in the vents, making a solid metal sail plane. It still looks like it could have been done on the 60's, only much cleaner.

I'm sure the laywers made Ford add the windows to limit blind spots.

Yep, the blind spot issure was a huge one. We had an 05 Mustang for a rental car when our Jeep got rear ended. Sweet car to drive...I know you guys are jealous... I got on it a couple times, but I didn't race anyone it only had 57 miles on it when we got it.
