2019 Superduty F250 Lariat 6.7. 32,000 miles, 12 recalls, upper oil pan leak, egr check engine light issues, death wobble, etc. I absolutely loved this truck! Took best care of it, garage kept, like new. Tired of Fords B.S., recalls, bandaid fixes & run around. I'm done! Traded it for a 24 Tundra. I'll sure miss the towing capability but I don't tow that much anymore. It's sad reading all the issues with these trucks. Good luck to everyone.

Please keep us updated how the engine holds up, I understand the recall doesn't cover 24 MY so I am very curious if the Toyota's first TT V6 1/2 ton engine holds up once the initial issues are flushed out.

I was worried about that myself, SUPPOSEDLY it was mainly 22-23. I double checked with dealer & 24's are not included. But who knows.
Say What????? Dammit GP. That was a beautiful truck. Hope you receive better service from the Tundra. They put that motor in the new GX550. That would be a disaster if the problem wasn't sorted out.
I want to say this carefully, but I am convinced that the trucks that get ran have a lot fewer problems.
We run ford exclusively at the shop with the exception of one Cummins. Including the Cummins and all the trucks combined your one vehicle has been to the shop more then our whole fleet.
A lot of our trucks are well over 200k and some are closing in on 300k.
my 24 is closing in on your 19 mileage way to fast.
The reason I put this out there is to tell the other side of the story and that I would not be scared of buying a ford if it fit the bill.
I am not making excuses for all the problems that you have experienced and am sure that it was frustrating but I am guessing if someone buys your truck and puts it one the road and runs it, it will be absolutely fine.

Agree. If OP traded for a Tundra he's only planning on grocery getting with it.

You will be amazed how many people with SDs tow no more than the capacity of a Taco or a Ranger(if they tow at all), and mostly commute with their SDs.

I know the newer trucks track trailer mileage. Can they, or do they, track towing miles similar to the idle hours? I figure I tow more than 50% of the time but would be nice to know the actual amount.

So how do you monitor the trailer's mileage so you can grease the axles on a scheduled basis? I kept a small notepad in my glovebox and recorded the truck's odometer reading each time I hitched & unhitched my trailers.

give us the numbers you seem to know.
curious how you know what the entire super duty community does with their trucks. seeing one commuting doesn’t mean it doesn’t ever tow on the weekends. Or maybe they tow for work during the week but just not that day.
For instance I don’t tow every day but sometimes I’m pulling a 17k excavator trailer. I wonder if some weirdo will see me not towing today and become infatuated with my use of the truck in that particular moment lol.
