i have the new NPD catalog, and they have carpet for reg, super, and crew cabs in there. Also, they have colors I can't find from anyone else. My interior is Jade Green and I had almost given up on finding the right color carpet until I got the NPD catalog. If you don't have the most recent catalog, go to their website and you can either download it or order it, but it takes a couple weeks to get. I believe the SuperCab carpet is about $175.
I think JC Whitney also has them and a little while back there was an ebay seller that had Supercab carpets for $119 new. I didn't bid and of course they're not on there now.
I don't know that, because I haven't installed my carpet yet. However, in my experience, when you buy from JCW, you get what you pay for. The only exception to that is JCW window felts/tracks and some people say their door gaskets. I don't know how good their carpet is, maybe someone else can tell you, but I wouldn't buy from them mainly because of the lack of color choices.
I find JC Whitney carpets to be fairly decent, provided you don't have a need for a weird color. They also sell a rubber floor kit, haven't tried it yet. If you're a dirtier person, like I am (I track mud and grease everywhere), some Herculiner bedliner (Like Rhino Liner, but cheaper) makes a great floor, and easy to hose out, too.
I put the J.C. Whitney heavy gauge rubber/pvc custom fit floor liner in my 75 Super cab and it works great. It cost about $150 four years ago.
Some minor trimming required and this is best fitted in when all the parts are at room temp. or slightly above; this stuff would be a beast to work and fit up when its cold!
They also include some quality grade sound proofing to go under the liner. If you wanted to add additional sound proofing, you could.
My experience with nylon fabric carpet in trucks is that it wants to soak up and hold any moisture which then migrates to the floor pan through the felt (or similar) insulation.... resulting in rust on the floor pan. Of course, there's obviously ways to keep that from happening but you have to stay on top of it. With this heavy duty mat, it's completely waterproof and rot proof. It will probably out last the truck its in.
We were trying to get some seat covers from JCW back when I was in college. Wanted gray but the sent us white time after time. Finally ran out of time and kept them. That was 1982 and the last time I bought anything from them.
