If memory serves me right (and it's been known to not!) I don't think a chrome drip rail was a custom cab feature...pretty sure that was an aftermarket item. Custom cabs had the stainless moulding around the windshield, the deluxe (outside air) heaters, inside door panels, 2 outside door key locks; not just one on passenger side, the "custom cab" emblem and possibly some other things I can't quite recall...can't seem to find my book that tells all that here in my mess for the moment.

the 5-star cab was the real fancy one...had the horn button with 5 stars, chrome trim on the drip molding, a fancy chrome emblem on the grille on each side of the v8 on the 54....and some had chrome around the window like effie said....that cab was the real nice one, the custom cab could have some of these things on em, but usually not likely
