C-4 throttle cable?

When I go to put my V-8 into my Ranger, I'd like to get rid od that solid bar-type link and replace it with a cable if possible. Is there a kit of any suggestions for this? Thanks.

There are kits available with cables. I used a Lokar brand on my C-6
to replace the kick down rod.
