tac waky
my tac started to act funny tonight at an idle it drops to zero but when i step on the throttle it comes back but when it drops the od lite starts to flash then stops when it revs up could this be the tac sensor or something more serious

Look for frayed wires where they go into the tach sender,it is located in front of the ip,in the housing over the timing gears.It could be also caused by the vss sens in the rear axle housing,you can remove that from the housing and clean the end of it.
