Hey guys, I just finished rebuilding my fuel bowl, replacing hpop, and rebuilding the turbo and now it won't start... Any ideas?? There is fuel in the fuel bowl, crankcase reservoir is full, everything is plugged back in, I have a P1212 (ICP voltage not at expected level), a P1280 (Injector Control pressure circuit out of range low), a P1661 (OCC low?). The tac also moves when cranking, it is registering about 160 rpm. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!!
I got it running now... I did fill the fb, weird thing is that it started after I drained the fb down to just above the heater element to see if it was filling. That makes no sense to me...
If you changed out the hoop, your rails were full with air and it can take 3-4 30 second crank cycles till it will fire off. It will have prolonged starts till you get a hundred or so miles under it. The bowl typically will fill in a matter of seconds even if not filled when reinstalling.
Ok, should it be throwing an icp code? (P1212) I went to start it after I cleaned up and it turned over for a while (like you said it would) and the CEL came on. Once it started it was acting like the ICP was unplugged until I cleared the code, then it sounded a lot better.

Go drive it, it will possibly kick a icp code at initial start, but it should not continue.
It drives fine, only throws the code when it's cranking. Once it starts it has the CEL and no acceleration and idles kind of muffled (like the icp sensor is unplugged) but once I clear the code everything is fine...
Ok, new update. Just went out to start it and it wouldn't start after 2-30 sec cranks... Threw an icp code, so I treated like a bad icp sensor and unplugged it... Cranked right up after 2-3 seconds of cranking. The thing is I know the sensor is good because I swapped it with one from my other truck that I just replaced, so it's a new sensor. Also the old sensor worked fine on the other truck... Any ideas what the issue is? Is this still simptoms of air in the heads from hpop swap?
No, I've only driven it maybe 20 miles so far. I'm probably just paranoid. Should I just give it the 100 miles and if it continues see what the deal is? I'm about to leave work, when I go out to start it I'll unplug the sensor first and see what it does.
Drive it. The air introduced into the system takes about 100 miles to work out. It will be sluggish to crank and feel sluggish until all that is out. See what it does then.
