Anyone know where I can find a full convertible top for a '90 bronco that is cheaper than $500?

 

Nope! Never seen one for less than about $475. The manufacturer kinda has a corner on the makret since there is only one making it. So they really have no incentive to drop the pricetag.

Only possibility might be Ebay. You might find someone looking to part with a used one.

 

Got a sewing machine?


If you're handy with metal and/or wood...you can apply the same principles of fabricating (sort-of).

That's what I'm planning to do...with tubing and marine grade naugahide and metal snaps, zippers, and maybe velcro...oh yeah and a sewing machine.

I just need the pattern. Or I'll make one. Maybe take ideas from Jeep soft tops.
