Fuel Tank leak
If it's like my 89 just 2 metal straps holds, plus you have to take loose a hose clamp on the filler. Most likely you have a bad plastic fuel line connecter. But you have to get to the top of the tank to replace it.
Oh! And make sure the tanks almost empty. It's a lot heavier with gas in it.
