You can put up to 24" on the driver's side and 22" or possibly 23" on the passenger side. I've got a set of 24" triple edge on the driver's side right now but they don't stay on the windshield when traveling around 75+ mph. I don't know if it has anything to do with length or that they're a crappy blade design??? I've tried 22" Bosch and, in my opinion, they suck too and aren't worth the $15 price.

I think I'll go back to cheap and just replace every three to four months.

Have you used Rain-X? A great product to improve water dispersion off of glass. You could actually drive on the highway with the wipers off and still see very well. You should buy a bottle and give it a try.

i may get argument from this, but i think Rain-X is terrible. It creates some sort of build up on your windshield, makes it hard to clean, it gets on your wipers and makes them squeak against your windshield... I like how it makes water bead up, but it just makes a mess on your windshield. At few months ago I put in a bottle of Rain-x windshield washer fluid, and it made such a mess of my windshiled and mucked my wipers up so much, that i had to drain my reservoir just to get rid of it. i think you are best off keeping your windshield as clean a possible and getting new wipers every 3-4 months. I do use rain-x on the visor to my motorcycel helmet, and it works if i get caught in rain, but when on a car/truck windshield, with wipers, its crap. just my .02.

I use "hand-applied" rain-x and LOVE it!!! It can be a gully-washer and you can drive through it with NO wipers on...at least that's been my experience!

I agree with the observations on the Rain-X windshield washer fluid. But if you apply the original formula directly to the glass and follow the directions, it works pretty well.

I tried RainX for a while and liked it at first, but also noticed the build-up and quit using it.

Rain-X had a problem with the red dye they were using, and was causing problems. Never could figure out why the two dyes they use are the color of anti-freeze

I put some PIAA wiper blade refills on my other vehicle, which is a Nissan Maxima. Several of the stores I went into didn't stock replacements, as the drivers side is 26. I got the PIAA's for a decent price from Autobarn.com. I paid approx $20 shipped. So not too bad. I have only had them in 1 rain/snow, so far, and they seem to work pretty well.

I put on the Anco Aerovantage blades. Before I bought, I took a regualr Anco (about $5 at this store) and the Aerovantage ($7) side-by-side. The rubber seemed like it was a lot softer and more flexible and, thus, better for cleaning the windshield. There were better blades there, but they also had the price to match, so I went with those, and am completely happy.

Also, as a former car detailer, I HATE Rain-X. I'm the kind of person who will clean the outside of the windshield with a glass cleaner while cleaning the rest of the car. It has been my experience that if you use Rain-X. do not try to use glass cleaner on the windshield. You'll be scrubbing on the glass for an hour.............
