I can't remember if it was the SD/HD forum or the 6.0L PSD forum, probably the 6.0 forum, a number of guys posted their weights and I was surprised by how much variance there was between the different configurations.
The PSD adds a fair bit of weight over the V10 or 5.4, 4x4 adds a bit, and then more for the SC, and still more for the CC. It shows up in the towing guide too as a reduction in capacity for the bigger cabs.
