Manual to Automatic
How hard is it to change my truck from manual to automatic, its a ford f100 1980 has a 351m, would it be hard, how much should I expect to pay. and what things would I need

It involves some work. You need a peddle assembly, clutch linkage, of course the tranny, clutch & flywheel, proper bellhousing (if you get a trranny from a truck with a different type of motor) the center floor plan piece, and a driveshaft as well. You can expect to pay anywhere from a couple hundred to 5 or 6 hundred depending on how many new parts ou get and how greedy the wreckers are.

With a project like this, your best bet is to find an identical truck with the automatic transmission and buy it!
Park it next to yours and commence trans swapping.
It's a bit of work, but worth it!!!
