I have searched until I was blue in the face, and looked over countless pictures through the galleries. But what is everyones opinion about the RC leveling kit, with springs, instead of hangers. It seems to be the best bang for the buck out there. I can't imagine spending 1k on a leveling kit. Also, just curiosity, but why are the SD lifts so costly compared to other leaf-spring lifts?? Just seems that the SD craze is being taken advantage of.
i recomend the superlift leveling kit. it wont stifen your spring rate. that prevents jarring and a rough ride from the front end. cost around 250 bones
I have A Rough Country 3.5 / 1" leveling kit in my 01 F350. I was very happy with the kit. Everything fit very well, except the shocks. All the shocks were leaking in less than a year. I call RC and they said to return the shocks and they would look at them. I asked, how I am I going to drive the truck around with no shocks. Their answer," you could buy another set", so I did.
I like my Edelbrock IAS shocks, and have had good luck with them. I never did send the leaking shocks back.

Send them back and keep notes. They all play the same game. Make it hard so no one will claim warrenty.
When you get your new/replacement shocks in you can sell them to a friend,
save them a few bucks and recover some of the Edelbrock money.

The 1 inch rear, is that an add-a-leaf?? I was going to use f-350 blocks. And where can you find the superlift leveling kit, I can't find one anyplace,

It added 2 leafs, Next time I would just use blocks.
I did the Rough Country Add A leaf on the front of my F350, and so far its been the best 80 bucks i spent on my truck yet.. No complaints here at all, worth every penny..
I installed the leveling kit and the blocks from rough country or heckethorn off road products and love it. I have the leveling kit in the front which is the different springs and I put 2 inch blocks in the back which is 1/2 inch higher for the pulling of a heavy load done often which makes the truck perfectly level. I put all new nitro 9000 shocks a dual steering stabilizer and all the other works.
