Help with Running Boards

I have a 2000 F350 and I have a set of running boards on it but they are still a little too high for my wife. Do any of you know of a step that can bolt onto the running boards? I have found steps that bolt onto the frame like my running boards but I have not found any that would bolt onto the running boards themselves or have longer mounts to bolt onto the frame and extend below the running boards.

the only thing that i know of is that grizzly(double bend bars) makes a step that drops farther down than the rest
