Boiling over
My new rebuilt 302 keeps boiling over everytime the thermostat opens for the first time on warmup. If I have the cap on, it purges in the overflow, but if the cap is off, it spits out 2 feet in the air! It is fine once it starts flowing and runs fine. I originally thought it was air in the block or the wrong water pump, but now am not sure. Any ideas on what could cause this?
