Yes it could, if it was set in "auto" mode instead of 2WD. We have a lot of customers drive 'em around like that.

It should be a simple fix- there's only three potential problems, and none are expensive. Actually, problems with that 4WD system are pretty rare on 'Burbs. FWIW, 'Burb and Excursion buyers hardly ever cross over- the trucks appeal to completely different markets.
