Hypertech 3 power programmer

i was wondering if anyone has tried the hypertech 3 power programmer on their ford f-150 5.4 and how much power they got out of it i am trying to improve my trucks performance to make up for the bigger tires and i would like to know thanks for any help you guys can give me

I bought one for my '94 Corvette, and was unimpressed. I thought the best features were the shift firmness and cooling fan adjustments. Maybe it works better for the Ford.
