Rear sliding window help
I just bought a new 2002 ranger, base truck no options.
I would like to put a sliding rear window in. I know this is a simple task in a late model toyota, but what am I looking at with the new ford? Pain in the ***? Better to let a shop do it? If anyone has done this, let me know.
Plus if anyone knows, where can I get a decent window for a reasonable price.

Rear sliding window help
Its a bolt in operation, It's gonna take some patience to get it done, as you need to remove the trim on the inside of the cab to get at it.
I had to have my sliding rear window replaced on my 00 ranger because one section got smashed.
I'd recomend not repacing it, cause its very probable that the trim grommets are going to break, and the plastic trim is going look like it got bent at the grommet holes and mangled and such.
