GFI Circuit Breakers

I need to install two GFI circuit breakers in my electrical panel. The "instructions" that came with the breakers are pretty straight foward, except for the following.........

1). Does the panel neutral wire (white curly wire) have to stay curled for some reason?
If so, am I supposed to pigtail another white wire to it so that it will reach the neutral bar?

2). Does the bare copper ground wire still go to the grounding bar like it would using a regular breaker?

Thanks in advance!

No, and yes. The wire is curled because you are to use the whole thing but not have it drooped all over. Strech it to reach to the neutral bar, but dont double up with another. As for ground, right in grounding bar.

Thanks LilDuke!
I really appreciate the info. I had looked all over the net, but couldn't find it anywhere.
