offshore. yes, thats it. its a large black box with some aux inof on it. do you know where to mount the bracket behind the glove box? did yours come with a diagram?
I haven't tried to mount anything yet. The switches are on BO, so there is no rush.
The harness came w/ nothing other than a box and the harness.
I too would LOVE some pics on where to mount everything. . . . .
I have found the four wires above the brake booster red blue white and black. Can anyone tell me which ones are the 10 amp and which ones are 30 amp?? any help is appreciated!!!
I just received a complete kit I bought from a Ford Dealer in the US. Cost $125.00 plus shipping. When I get a chance(later this evening) I'll write down the part numbers for you. There are two for the upfitter. One for the complete harness with fuses and bracket and one for the switches.
The two part numbers that came with the kit I just got are
Wire:5C3Z-14A303-AA
Switches: 5C3Z-13D730-AAA
The wire harness is complete. I have the instructions as well if you need them. Although with luck it will come with them.
I have the little shelf that snaps in next to the switches if you don't have the tow switch/brake controller. I don't need that so if anyone does let me know. I will send it to them for the cost of shipping.
I got this kit from Heller Ford in El Paso, IL. They go under Hellerfordparts on EBAY.

WOW Old thread!!
I think you're looking at the pass through wires, the ones under the hood by the master cylinder? Those aren't hot - they're not hooked to anything in fact, the other end is under the dash. Just there to save you from running your own wires if you want to run something through the firewall.
But in answer to your question - the upfitter wires are up under the dash. Here's the specs on them:
30 Amp = Orange/Light Green
30 Amp = Orange
10 Amp = Orange/Yellow
10 Amp = Orange/Light Blue

Thanks maverick great help I was under the impression that these wires were hot!!! Now I know!!! unfortunately I have a broken leg and can't do to much but now thanks to your help once I get this 20LB cast off my leg I should be able to get my winch hooked up with no problem!!
So for clarification, I got 4 wires on the harness on the switch side that are red, blue, orange, and orange/blue. Do those wires connect to the Orange/Light Green, Orange, Orange/Yellow, and Orange/Light Blue behind the fuse panel?
