Anyway some one can give me the actual invoice on a 04 SD-250 C/C - Vin below - Dealer says $40,102.00. Edmunds and others only work on the 05's now unless I am missing something.

The VIN doesn't do me any good when it comes to pricing. What's the MSRP of the truck, and what motor/transmission/drivetrain, trim level and options does it have?

 

Not sure if it has the info you want, but Edmunds can give a TMV pricing thing for a 2004 Ford truck (I got there by clicking new cars, then trucks, then large trucks, and scrolled down to model. Click the 2004 model in parenthesis immediately to the right of the corresponding 2005 model)

I assume from your base MSRP of 33990 that this truck is a short bed. Here are the invoice numbers I got from cars.com:

Not sure if these numbers are correct. Usually this site is pretty accurate though.

 

The truck you're looking at was built at the old price, so I can no longer calculate the EXACT invoice, but I can get pretty close. Invoice should be a couple dollars either side of $40,100, so it looks like your dealer is telling the truth.
