Ok fella's no idea how I did this but at some point in the past I bent the crap out of my Passenger side sway bar link. I mean it looks like a twisty straw. It appears to have happened some time ago and the way it is bent I backed over something and the only time I can think of that I would have was over a year ago. Anyway I have not noticed and adverse stearing or suspensions problems and the only reason I even noticed it is I was scrubbing the wheels and saw it. I can't find a napa or autozone or orielly that carries it. any suggestions besides the stealership? How urgent is it that I replace it?
thanks for the info. I know with the front leafs I could probably remove them Tie up the sway bar and be alright but I am not about to do that. by the way its an 02 250 4x4
I took my front and rears both off, freed it up quite a bit. There wasn't that much of a difference with the body roll in the corners but my pro comp springs are so friggin' stiff that I was desperate for a softer ride.
cvaughan- I might have my factory ones still. I'm heading out of town this weekend (dunes baby!!) right from work so I won't be able to check this weekend. But before you go and buy 'em, let me look. If I have them (have a HUGE box of factory parts from when I lifted it), I'll just ship 'em out to you. That is if you can wait.
