I haven't gotten to speak to him yet; I called today and he had already left for the day...I'm hoping he will have something ready by christmas

Everything I have heard about him has been good...$trokin60 has had great expierences with him, and Ken Englesman (DPS) uses him for his upbuilds exclusively.

Some of the other systems and I will be putting propane on after I get the new TQ Converter installed do not give this protection and a single disk TQ Converter can only do so much. I learned this with my other vehicle so make sure the engineering is behind the rebuild and you know what you are doing or you will be using the "warranty" frequently!!
Your under false pretenses if you think that the banks is protecting your tranny. it doesnt have anymore software monitoring capabilaties than any other chip. it will keep the egt's in check by shutting down at the set level but as for tranny slipage it has no control over that. there advertising is missleading.

The six-gun tuner does not intercept the signal from the PCM to transmission, and does not alter the shift patterns in any way. The new OttoMind tuner (the updated, 3-connector six-gun) will do so, but I do not know if it has even been released yet.

Without altering the shift pressures and tables, there is no transmission enhancement, and no guarantee of any sort of protection. This applies for any fuel box, other than *a brand* I apparently cannot mention on here
