I am going to level out the front of my 1999 7.3 4x4 crew cab. What is the biggest tire I could put under it w/o complications?

 

If you level the front, you can get 33x12.5/16s (305/70-R16) on it.

Yep - I'd say too that 305/70's on 16x8 would be the safe size. Check out my gallery - I have 305/70-16 BFG A/T's on my truck

 

I run BFG AT 305's on my '01 F250 Ext. cab no rub or problems ever. I see by your gallery Cat_man that you like to know your oil temp too! On my '99 I installed an extra sending unit and used an on-off-on switch to go between trans and oil temp. The gauges are the same inside, just the lens covers are different. Just a thought for anyone else thinking of adding an extra gauge and running out of room.
