Quad Captians?

Hey does any body have the Quad Captian Chairs? If so how are they as far as comfort and storage. Also how is the consol, does it fold down or stay up, and how roomy?

Ok, how about overall comfort with the rear seat (Bench or Captians) is it roomer than the earyler years? I know I am 6'0" and everytime I sit in the back of our Explorer my knees hit the seat in front, is it the same in the new ones? Thanks!

Rear seat (2003, bench) is very uncomfortable for adult sized people, seat back is too upright. They seem to sit higher than the front seats giving a nice "stadium" view however. For kids they are fine.

It's been done, but it requires a huge amount of fabrication and the buckets will lose all the adjustments because the space is so limited. It'll be a very expensive mod if you go for it. Good luck.

You're getting an '04?? If so, get it as an option. If you're trying to make your '99 to have quad captain chairs, then read my opinion above.
