E4od not downshifting

E4od not downshifting
My E4od transmission tries to shift into overdrive way too early, and when i put the pedel down, i cant get it to downshift. Going through every gear manually works fine, and the all gears work, but the shifting is messed up. I did a trans-filter change, and fluids are all good. I also checked the tps, and it was good.
