Question 351m Rocker adjustment

I have a 1977 f-250 with a 351m in it i just got done re-doing the heads and have a loss of compresion in a couple of my cylinders and it is not the gaskets i believe it to have something to do with the rockers does anyone know the proper specs for them and how to adjust them properly. the reason i believe it not to be the head gasket is because the loss of compresion is why i re did the whole top end in the first place. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Matt

Probably need shorter push rods, When you machine the heads and valves The geometry changes causing the valve to be too tight, If you cant spin the push rod with your fingers when the piston is TDC on the compression stroke the valves are too tight.

You could have a couple of push rods that are on the edge of the lifter instead of centered. Or too tight clearance and too long pushrods.
