Was thinking of getting a bed liner ... since I put some scratches in the paint of my bed over the weekend. Don't know if I should get a spray in or a plastic insert. I like the spray in idea ..but don't know if this will protect the bed as well as a plastic insert. Also, don't even know what I should pay for a spray in.
I have had Rhino lining in my past 2 trucks. I think spray in is definately the way to go. I have heard many good things about Line X also. Nothing will slide on Rhino.
Is the bed rug the same thing as the rubber bed mat?
I have been quoted 400 for Linex spray in, removing all bolts, panels etc. That is the way to go. Lifetime warranty.
70.00 extra if you want the UV protection which gives lifetime warranty on color and fading as well.
Anyone know if you can get these in different colors or if its best to stick with black? I have the Torreador red and thought it might be cool if they could match it closely. But then again, if you slide something black on it, then what....
Well, I like the idea of not having stuff slide around .. but how sticky are the spray in liners? I like to be able to pick up the heavy stuff (camper referigerator... stuff like that) .. set it on the tail gate ... and slide it up against my other cargo. I guess I'm asking ... since the spray in is a 'no slip' ... I guess you have to pretty much climb up and carry everything to the position you want it in on the bed?
Can't say I like the idea of having a brand new truck stripped of all it's paint in the bed ... but I don't like the idea of having a drop in wear the paint down either.
Why is it that these little decisions make me crazy?

The BedRug looks like carpet and feels like carpet, but it is All RUGGED PLASTIC! Just like drop-in liners or spray-in liners, the BedRug is Plastic. That's why it is completely unaffected by water, dirt, grease, oil, acids, bleach or solvents. Cargo won't slide every time you start or stop. Perfect for delicate instruments, tools, and appliances. Pets and kids love it!

The BedRug is warranted for as long as you own your truck. The BedRug also helps your truck last longer because the molded foam floor can't scratch your truck's bed like hard liners do.
I have Line-X and love it. Rhino is good too. If you don't want things to side at all get Rhino otherwise get Line-X things will slide a little easier because it is harder than Rhino.
