Do you need to change the t case yoke or is there a u joint prop shaft that bolts to the stock flanges?
When switching to a D35 do you swap the whole front suspension or just the diff carrier?

If you check out the July, 2004 issue of Truckin' magazine, they have a tech article--pretty well-written--with several photos explaining the change of CV joints and/or shafts. Perhaps that would be of some benefit to you!

ha ha ha ...an update on this Ollld thread..I eventually got the shaft off and re built the joints.There was almost no wear on the thing.the inner ball trac on the axle end had some grooves in it.However i observed that if you trade the ballsand the goblets around,I bypassed the worn part of the inner ball trac.At the axle end,the joint was worn towards the inside edge of the trac while the transfer case end showed almost no wear at all.So I moved the worn trac up to the t case so it can ride on the unworn part of the trac..A practically new shaft again!!!
