the right header gasket.

I have a set of flow tech headers. I bought a set of the copper gaskets, but the openings are way to big. My port openings are 1.91 x 1.33. The felpro 9906 gaskets are the ones I need. After enlarging the "minimal" suface area on my flow techs. I thought about welding more meat to the edges, but I don't want to weld, then shave, any more than I have to.
I really need a gasket that fits these measurements and if someone knows where I can get a set of these felpro 9906's shipped to me? Felpro has these gaskets in there full gasket set. But I can't seem to find where they sell them seperately.

Thanks, Robert P.

I've looked around. I couldn't find them either. I tell ya what will work though, is Hedman header gaskets. I tried copper, mr gasket, victor, and finally after spending a ton of money I bought Hedman header gaskets the the size difference is amazing. They haven't leaked yet. You can see in the picture where the mr. gaskets leaked. All of the gaskets I tried had HUGE ports like those except for Hedman. (see pic)

Your flowtech headers didnt come with gaskets? Mine did and they seem to be working so far, they were perferated (sp?) And the ports look about the same size as those hedman ones in that pic Ceet showed there. Just curious .

longview1,
Yes they did. But they where the metal meshed (singles). Each one had to be cut seperatly. And being that I had to grind the bottom bolt holes to lower the headers down, then grind the top of the gaskets slightly, so I could match the ports correctly. (My mother always said I was to ****.) Singular gaskets weren't going to work.
Am I the only one that can't leave something brand new, out of the box, alone? ehh. Probably not.
I did find the 9906's through O'reily's. Napa didn't even have 9906 in their list. Just fyi, these 9906's that come with the full gasket set for 71' 390's and alike. Are list under the 352 FE motor as singles. Go figure.
Ya'll take it easy.
