disable email notification ????

disable email notification ????
anyone know how to disable the email notification for a certain post ? im getting 10 plus emails a day from the "where is everyone from" post and i want to stop it but not sure how. anyone got any ideas ?? thanks

disable email notification ????
Click the "user menu" link at the top of the conferences index. Then on the left side find a list of options, click on topic subscriptions. You should get a list of the topics you have subscribed to, check the box of the one you want to disable. Then click submit (I think it says submit), and you're done. Hope this helps you out.
