I can hardly wait for the snow. I'm a big winter guy. I got the go-kart running good, for donuts down the road. Also lookin forward to my snow cannon (potato gun). As well as sledding and building ramps, always causing someone to break bone(s). Pond hockey, ah the list goes on. There's also shoveling the walk where the tractor can't get, the only downfall

snow would be a blessing . try 4in. of ice oklahoma got a few years back. we had trees falling over and being uprooted from all the weight of the ice, and i'm not talking about the 10-20 foot trees they just snapped in half.

the weather this fall has been pretty crazy, too. we went from the low 90s to the mid 60s in about a week. don't get me wrong i love the weather right now, but it kind of makes me wonder what it will be like in a few months.

It's snowing here right now! The ground is totally white and my snowmobile is just sitting there waiting for me! I hope it keeps snowing...I love it! Maybe it will snow enough here that by the time the clouds get down south there'll be none left!

Yeah as wet as it has been this year I suppose we will have snow up to our button hole's soon enough ,
My 23rd winter and as much as I love summer snow is fun, snow bogging, whippin Do-nut's, shoveling a tunnel to get out the front door, pullin Dodge's and Chevies out of the ditch. too much fun.

I just read that other thread. I still think I'm Mr. Personality but I never went back & read what was said after I said that. What Ken posted & be becoming a member were not related. Just a stange occurance I guess.

What would you personally consider alot of snow? A couple inches? I have to say when the weather man predicts snow for the piedmond/triad area you better get out now & hope that there is still bread & milk on the shelves at Harris-Teeter and Food-Lion.

You get more ice then anything else. I know this for a fact. I just moved from Mooresville to this place a year and half ago. I'm coming south again though. With in a year I'll be in Chattanooga.

I remember that storm. I made alot of money delivering new power line poles to various locations in OK because of that storm.
