Anyone out there know how to disconnect and reconnect the hose to the clutch master cylinder on a 1991 F-250? It is plastic and it is not obvious how to do this. Thanks.
There's a roll pin you need to press out. You need to be creative to get it out.
I ended up unbolting the clutch master cylinder with the hose still attached and disconnected the plastic hose end at the slave, placed the parts on the bench and then hammered the roll pin out. The plastic tube is held on at the firewall by one or two clamps.
